Who we are
PulseOps is an AI-powered operations analysis tool built for Australian professional services firms. We are based in Sydney, Australia. When we refer to “PulseOps”, “we”, “us”, or “our” in this policy, we mean the PulseOps service and the entity that operates it.
What data we access
To generate your weekly operations brief, PulseOps connects to tools you authorise. This includes:
- CRM data from HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive (pipeline, deal status, contact activity)
- Financial data from Xero or MYOB (invoices, AR, revenue)
- Capacity and delivery data from Google Sheets, Notion, Float, or Harvest
- Communication data from Slack or Microsoft Teams (channel delivery only)
All access is read-only. We cannot create, edit, or delete any records in your connected tools — ever.
How we use your data
We use your data solely to:
- Generate your weekly Monday operations brief
- Respond to queries through the PulseOps chat interface
- Maintain your Decision Log if you use that feature
We do not sell your data. We do not use your firm's operational data to train AI models. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g. the AI inference providers we use, under strict data processing agreements).
Where your data is stored
All data is stored and processed in Australia. We use Australian-region cloud infrastructure wherever available. No firm data is transferred outside Australia without your explicit consent.
Security
We use industry-standard security practices including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, and strict access controls. Access to your data is restricted to the minimum required to generate your brief and respond to your queries.
Data retention and deletion
You may disconnect any integration at any time from your platform settings. When you disconnect, your data is deleted from our systems within 24 hours. If you close your PulseOps account, all data is deleted within 7 days.
Your rights
Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal information we hold. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@pulseops.io.
